   Hello-

   I’m interested in selling 2 lots I bought in Lehigh Acres about 2 years ago. The adresses are the following:

   3121 70TH ST W
   LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33971

   3119 70TH ST W
   LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33971

   I need to sell these lots ASAP, willing to negotiate the price if not sell them at the price I paid. I bouth them as a package for $25,000 ($12,000 per lot). Let me know your toughts.

   are you prepared to negotiate?
   We have been sent a number of lots in the area of Lee High Acres over the past month. Many of them are a fraction of what you are offering for yours. Many are in the same vicinity.
